      This wine was barrel fermented in french oak in a refrigerated enviroment.The wine was left to develop in french oak barrels for a further 4 years until it was born into bottle, and matured in bottle for a prolonged period. This wine shows plenty of complexity. Peach, melon and pear intermingle on the nose. The palate amply provides full peaches and cream mouth feel with a long creamy fruit zing finish. read more

      The Foggo Wines' Moscato was sourced from our winery block. The key to making this wine is to capture the natural fruity flavours and aromas. The grapes are chilled and full bunch pressed and clarified. The clarified juice is put in a pressurized fermenter. During fermentation the carbon dioxide is captured giving the wine its frizzante character. The ferment is stopped early leaving the grapes natural sugar and flavour intensity as the wine key feature. This wine is fresh zesty with tropical fruit flavours, some underlying spiceness adn just a hint of bubbles and a clean finish. Great on hot summer's day with a variety of food styles or as an aperitif. Served Chilled. Enjoy! read more
